Rose Rey’s “Baddest Habit” turns the feeling of obsession into something personal and increasingly self destructive, exploring how love can slowly shift into fixation. Following a woman consumed by thoughts of someone she cannot let go of, the video captures the emotional weight of becoming trapped in your own mind.
Directed by Connor Duke, with cinematography by Louis King, the video understands that obsession rarely arrives in dramatic moments. Instead, it builds quietly through repetition, longing, and the inability to move on. As reality and emotion become harder to separate, the emotional spiral gradually begins to take its toll, turning an internal struggle into something tangible on screen.
