@notabirdmusic "Outside the Window" is a stirring blend of nostalgia and surrealism, where memory becomes both a refuge and a trap. Directed by @paul_r_epanchin, the video uses a vintage cassette player as the portal into a dreamlike world where childhood moments come alive.

Through a stunning interplay of live-action and animation, the protagonist journeys through sunlit recollections with long-lost friends, floating in the warmth of youth. But soon, this imagined utopia begins to shift, familiar places twist into unrecognisable shapes, and what once felt safe begins to feel inescapable. The visuals mirror this descent, oscillating between comforting softness and uncanny distortion.

Anchoured by a powerful performance from @voronov_lx and an intricate, textured aesthetic shaped by a deeply collaborative creative team, Outside the Window doesn’t just show memory, it dissects it. The result is a rich, melancholic portrait of someone caught between past and present, fantasy and truth.

This is visual storytelling at its most poetic and unsettling, an unforgettable ode to the beautiful ache of remembering.
