Tikasha Sakama’s “#010126 Coda” transforms the internal struggle of self sabotage into a dark and unsettling visual journey, exploring how the barriers that hold us back are often the ones we create ourselves. Following Nansija through forests, swamps, and fragmented memories, the video blurs the line between victim and aggressor, gradually revealing that the force pursuing her has been within her all along.
Directed by Tīna Zariņa, the video uses haunting imagery and symbolic storytelling to examine the destructive cycles of self doubt, fear, and inner conflict. As Nansija finds herself bound, punished, and confronted by her own doppelgängers, the narrative unfolds as a powerful metaphor for the ways we become trapped by our own thoughts. Through its striking visual language and psychological depth, “#010126 Coda” turns an intensely personal battle into a compelling cinematic experience.
